Why can't I view the images? (Internet Explorer users)
Answer:
In order to view the imaged documents (including plats) on the site, the user must download the imaging control from Lead tools. This ActiveX control can be downloaded prior to performing a search or at the display of the first image. If you cannot view images, the system was not able to install the ActiveX control. This is most liklely due to a hardware or software firewall restriction. Please contact the ROD's office for additional assistance.

Why can't I view the images? (Non-Internet Explorer users)
Answer:
In order to view the imaged documents (including plats) on the site, Non-Internet Explorer users must download Adobe Acrobat or other viewer of PDF images. This software is available at Adobe's website, including versions that are provided at no cost to the user. A link to that site is on the welcome page of this site.
Question 3:
Can I access the images on my Mac or other Non-Internet Explorer browsers?
Answer:
Yes, this website will allow all users to access all scanned documents and plats, regardless of the browser used. If using Internet Explorer, the system will display the image through the use of an ActiveX control. If using any other browser, the system will display the image in a PDF format that can be viewed with Adobe Acrobat.
Question 4:
Do I need to download the new control if I used the previous site? (Internet Explorer users)
Answer:
Yes. All Internet Explorer users will need to download the latest controls to use the site. However, if you have downloaded the controls since July 1, 2003, you do not need to download the controls again.
Question 5:
Why can I view the images but cannot print them? (Internet Explorer users)
Answer:
The print control (from Pegasus) is separate from the image viewing control (from Lead tools). It is possible that you downloaded the Lead tool to view images but did not download the Pegasus tool to print them. Both tools are available to users at no cost.
