| The office has completed the conversion of land record index books back to 1935. Indexing data from 1995 to current is available through the use of the "Full System" option on the Internet. Indexing data from 1935-1994 is available in the Imaged Index (Scanned Index book) option on the Internet. The same information is also available in the office on the public retrieval units. | |
| Land Record Images from 1934 to Current Available on the Internet and in the Office. | |
| The office has completed the conversion of land record images back to January 4, 1934. This conversion, combined with the digitizing of index books back to 1935 allows the user to access over 70 years of land record information on this site and in the office. | |

| The office has completed the scanning of all plats filed in the office. They are available in both Book/page and Envelope/page formats. | |
| Scanning and Indexing of Vital Records (Birth Certificates, Death Certificates, and Marriage Licenses). | |
| The office is currently scanning and indexing all historical vital records. This effort will allow the ROD's staff to more efficiently process requests for certified copies of these records, allowing us to provide your requested copies more quickly. | |
