As a minimum Internet Explorer 5.0 is required as well as certain ActiveX controls are required to view and print the images themselves.  This software should be downloaded and installed prior to using either of the two retrieval systems for the first time.  Once downloaded, you do not have to download in the future prior to using the system.  Downloading and installing the imaging software requires two steps.   Click here to begin downloading that software.   Depending on the speed of your internet connection, the download and installation process may take up to five or ten minutes to complete.
