Land Record Indexing Data Available: January 01, 1995 - March 05, 2010 Land Record Imaging Data Available: January 01, 1995 (Book 203 p.1625) - March 05, 2010 (Book 406 p. 1664) This System allows access to land record indexing information by searching on the following fields: grantor and/or grantee name, instrument number, or book and page. Once the search results appear, access is granted to view and print all available images by clicking on the "image" icon next to the indexing search results. If the image has not been digitized and is therefore unavailable, no "image" icon will appear. |

Imaging System Only Land Record Imaging Data Available: January 04, 1934 (Volume T2) - March 05, 2010 (Book 406 p. 1664) ; DT/ RW images are available Dec. 8, 1971 (Vol. 88) - Jan. 24, 1979 (Vol. 118) ; Comm. Deed Books 1-3 (Mar. 7, 1944 - Oct. 10, 1979) Access w/ Deed Plat images are available from Book 1 Page 1 through Book 7 Page 619A (February 26, 2010) This System allows retrieval of deed and plat book images by entering the appropriate book and page numbers. Documents may be both viewed and printed from this system. This system is intended to be used to allow a searcher to bypass the indexing search process if book and page information is already known. For storage purposes a number of years ago the plats were alphabetized and placed in envelopes. If you are referencing a deed and the plat you wish to view is stated as book and page, please choose Plat in the imaging menu. If you are referencing a deed and the plat you wish to view is stated as book and envelope, please choose Envelope in the imaging menu. |

Scanned Index Books(Imaged Index)
Indexing data from scanned index books covering July 1, 1935 through December 31, 1994. This section of the site allows the user to search index data from July 1, 1935 through December 31, 1994. The user will choose the grantor or grantee index and type in either the last name of the human to be searched, or the first name of the corporate entity to be searched. The system will then display the first page of the subsection that contains that name. In addition, there are certain “set outs” that will also be displayed. For example, if the user chooses human “Smith”, the system will display the first page of the section where Smith should fall alphabetically. In addition, the system will display to the left of that page a list of all set outs in that original index book. The user can then choose the set out that contains all Smith names. Once the user has determined that the correct indexing entry has been located, the user can type in the book and page of the document sought in the upper right hand corner of the page. The user will then be connected to the imaging only system and can look at the desired document, as well as any other pages within the imaging system. Once the user is through with that document, the window can be closed and the user will be returned to the same index page where they originally requested the imaging module. All of the Deed books requested have been digitized and are available for searching. |
